MultipleAngles provides users with a free, web-based platform to edit images using AI technology powered by Qwen-Edit-2509. Our service allows you to:

• Adjust camera angles and perspectives in images
• Rotate images (45° left/right)
• Move camera viewpoint (forward/backward, left/right, up/down)
• Switch between wide-angle and close-up views
• Transform images with simple text prompts

Use of the Service

You agree to use MultipleAngles in accordance with:

• All applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• These Terms of Service
• Our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines posted on our website

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: While basic features are available without registration, certain features may require account creation in the future. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

User Content and Uploaded Images

1. Image Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to images you upload to MultipleAngles.

2. License to Process: By uploading images, you grant MultipleAngles a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the editing service. Images are automatically deleted after processing.

3. Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload images that:

   • Violate any laws or regulations
   • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
   • Contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
   • Depict minors in inappropriate contexts
   • Contain malware or malicious code

4. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of images you upload and the edited results you generate.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Service Ownership: The MultipleAngles platform, including its design, code, AI model integration, and documentation, is owned by the MultipleAngles team and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. AI Model: Our service uses the Qwen-Edit-2509 AI model via Hugging Face Spaces. The underlying AI model is subject to its own license terms.

3. Generated Results: You own the edited images you create using our service, subject to your ownership of the original uploaded images.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Bypass any security features or usage limitations
• Use the service to create content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Third-Party Services

MultipleAngles integrates with Hugging Face Spaces to provide AI image editing functionality:

• Image processing occurs through Hugging Face's infrastructure
• Hugging Face may have separate terms of service and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for Hugging Face's services or policies

Service Availability and Limitations

1. "As Is" Service: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee:

   • Uninterrupted or error-free service
   • Specific quality of edited images
   • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
   • Availability of Hugging Face Spaces (which may have GPU quotas or downtime)

3. Usage Limits: We may impose reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

4. Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Privacy and Data Collection

MultipleAngles collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

Important: Uploaded images are processed and deleted immediately after editing. We do not store your images permanently.

• Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., Hugging Face)
• User-generated content or edited images

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT.

Indemnification
