Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid plans on MultipleAngles (multipleangles.net), operated by LEARNINGLOGIC LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Plans and billing

• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Credits are added to your account at the start of each period.
• One-time credit packs are charged once and do not renew.
• Prices are shown in USD. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card issuer sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee; those amounts are not received by us.
• Charges appear on your card statement as MULTIPLEANGLES.NET.

How to cancel a subscription

You can cancel at any time from My Orders in your account: open the subscription and click Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access and your remaining credits until then, and you will not be charged again. You can also email [email protected] from the email address on your account and we will cancel it for you within one business day.

Refunds

• First payment on a new subscription: if you have not used any paid credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment.
• Renewal payments: renewals are not refundable once the new billing period has started, because credits are delivered and access is granted immediately. If you forgot to cancel, cancel now to stop future charges and contact us — we will look at each case individually.
• One-time credit packs: refundable within 7 days of purchase only if none of the credits have been used.
• Service failure: if a generation fails because of a problem on our side, the credits are restored automatically. If a fault prevents you from using the service you paid for, contact us and we will refund or credit you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Before opening a dispute with your bank

If you do not recognize a charge or disagree with one, please contact [email protected] first. We reply within one business day and can usually resolve the issue faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks filed for charges that were authorized and delivered may be contested with the account and usage records described above.
